All visitors entering the Galápagos Islands are required to pay the Galápagos National Park Entrance Fee, a mandatory tax paid upon arrival at the airport, in cash (USD).
This fee supports the conservation and management of the protected area and contributes to the sustainable development of the inhabited islands, funding projects related to education, health, sanitation, sports, environmental services, and tourism infrastructure.

Visitors with disabilities (CONADIS ID): USD 15

Foreign students enrolled in Ecuadorian educational institutions: USD 50
Transient visitors (as classified by CGREG): USD 15
Children under 2 years old: Exempt
