Important information required to confirm our tours:

Payments

You will need to pay a deposit at the time of booking.
* In order to confirm a booking a 50% non-refundable deposit per person
* Full payment for the outstanding 50% must be paid no later than 15 days before departure.
* If you book less than 30 days before departure, full payment must be made on booking.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be received in writing.
* Cancellations received 50 days or less before departure will result in 50% loss of the total tour cost.
* Cancellations received 25 days or less before departure will result in 100% loss of the total tour cost.

Payment methods:

Pay us by Bank Transfer – payments in USD.

Additional

The personal expenses of the clients / passengers.
*such as telephone calls
*laundry, gratuities / gratuities, services requested in the room
*optional tours, drinks, etc.
They are not included and will be under your responsibility and contracted under your
responsibility.
*Airport taxes are not included in the program.
*All meals are being included in the program.
